Shaquille Rashaun "Shaq" O'Neal is considered one of the greatest players in NBA history and is a beloved media personality worldwide. With two Olympic Gold Medals and four NBA Championship rings, the 15-time NBA All-Star dominated his 19 years as a professional athlete and was rightfully elected into the Hall of Fame in 2016. He has appeared in numerous movies and television shows - in both starring and cameo roles - and has recorded four rap albums, one of them reaching platinum status. He is currently a sports analyst for Inside the NBA on TNT where his insight and humor have continued to endear him to audiences around the globe.

Jonah Peretti is Founder and CEO of BuzzFeed, a cross-platform global network for news and entertainment. After co-founding The Huffington Post in 2005, Peretti launched BuzzFeed in 2006 as an experimental lab that focused on tracking viral content and making things people wanted to share. Peretti is a graduate of the MIT Media Lab and has taught at NYU and the Parsons School of Design. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and twins.

Stéphane de la Faverie Global Brand President, Estée Lauder Stéphane de la Faverie is the Global Brand President, Estée Lauder, a position he assumed in July 2016. With a proven track record of building and leading global brands, deep expertise across categories and channels, and a keen understanding of local relevance, Stéphane is the ideal leader to strengthen the Company’s namesake brand for its next stage of growth. Stéphane led Origins and Darphin from 2014, most recently in the role of Global Brand President. During this time, he led Origins’ rapid double-digit growth in China, while simultaneously invigorating the brand’s footprint in heritage markets such as North America through innovative retail capabilities. Additionally, he has spearheaded Darphin’s trend leadership, ultimately securing the brand’s position as a skin care opinion leader in the fast- growing oil category. Prior to this, Stéphane played a leadership role on the Company’s fragrance portfolio as Senior Vice President, Global General Manager, Aramis and Designer Fragrances. Prior to joining the Estée Lauder Companies, Stéphane served as General Manager, Giorgio Armani USA, a division of L’Oreal Paris, where he successfully launched several men’s and women’s fragrances. During his tenure, he was also responsible for the development of the beauty portfolio throughout North America. Stéphane began his career within the Lancôme Global brand in Paris. He then joined the Travel Retail division as Area Manager for the Luxury Products Group, North America, overseeing the Lancôme, Giorgio Armani, Ralph Lauren and Biotherm beauty brands. Soon after, he was appointed General Manager, Lancôme, Australia and in 2006 joined Lancôme USA as Vice President of Marketing, overseeing both the skin care and fragrance categories. Stéphane was educated at ESC Bordeaux Business School, where he studied Marketing and Finance. In addition to speaking French, he is also fluent in English and Spanish. Stéphane lives in New York City and has three children.


Stephanie McMahon is Chief Brand Officer of WWE, a publicly-traded (NYSE: WWE) global media company. In this role, she is responsible for WWE’s Brand, Community Relations, and Pop Culture strategy, which includes celebrity integrations and partnerships within the entertainment industry. Stephanie represents the company as its global brand ambassador, and also plays a character who appears regularly on WWE programming. Among her many contributions, Stephanie has been the driving force behind WWE’s women’s evolution, which has given female performers an equal share of the spotlight both in and out of the ring. Prior to being named Chief Brand Officer, Stephanie was Executive Vice President, Creative and was responsible for overseeing the Digital and Creative Departments. She was also the first woman to lead WWE's Talent Relations, Talent Brand Management and Live Events businesses. She is a member of the 2017 Class of Henry Crown Fellows within the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute and is also a member of the 2015 Eisenhower Fellowship class. Adweek has included Stephanie in their list of the Most Powerful Women in Sports for the past three years. She was named a Stuart Scott ENSPIRE Award Honoree at the 2017 ESPN Humanitarian Awards and was selected as part of Sports Business Journal’s 2017 class of “Game Changers: Women in Sports Business.” In 2014, Stephanie and her husband, Paul “Triple H” Levesque, established Connor’s Cure, a fund dedicated to fighting pediatric cancer. In partnership with The V Foundation and Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, Connor’s Cure has raised nearly $3 million to date. She is a member of the Board of Directors for WWE, USO Metropolitan Washington and Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation. Stephanie received her B.S. from Boston University in Communications and has been named a Distinguished Alumni by the School of Communications. She is a mother of three daughters ages 12, 10 and 8.

As Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships and Marketing for Marvel, Mindy Hamilton oversees the strategic development, negotiation, and execution of multi-platform global marketing partnerships spanning Marvel’s film, television, digital, and publishing businesses. This includes marketing activations, promotional campaigns, placement integrations, licensing for Marvel’s vast IP library, and large-scale events such as Comic-Con and film premieres. Throughout her career, she has successfully launched and managed partnerships with major brands including Google, Lexus, Audi, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Geico, Pepsi, Frito-Lay, Kellogg’s, and Pizza Hut. Before joining Marvel in 2015, Hamilton served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing Partnerships at Paramount Pictures. In her work, she is driven by the creative and strategic collaboration that can lead to a moment of magic in pop culture. She strives to stay ahead of the curve in the digital sphere, finding the newest and most effective ways to help brands tap into Marvel’s ever-growing fan base while preserving the integrity of Marvel’s rich history of stories and characters.


With over 15 years of marketing and digital transformation experience, Marie Gulin-Merle has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer of Calvin Klein in May 2018 and serves as the global brand and marketing architect reporting directly into Calvin Klein’s CEO, Steve Shiffman. Ms. Gulin-Merle is charged with further expanding the brand’s voice and global marketing platforms and strategically driving consumer engagement to position the business for long-term growth. More recently, Ms Gulin-Merle served as the Chief Marketing Officer for L'Oréal USA since 2014, where she successfully transformed the company’s marketing functions and reinforced its industry leadership, particularly in the areas of digital innovation, consumer and market intelligence, media investment and data-driven marketing. She ushered in a number of firsts for L’Oreal - first digital upskilling curriculum for marketers, first data capabilities, first in-house content studio, and first-to market partnerships with major platforms and publishers. Prior to her role as CMO, Ms. Gulin-Merle worked in ascending marketing and communications positions within L'Oréal, including serving as the Global Head of Integrated Marketing Communications at the brand’s headquarters in Paris from 2010 to 2014, where she reinvented many brand programs across 60 countries and 8 regions and also launched the industry-awarded app, Makeup Genius. Ms. Gulin-Merle’s achievements have been recognized by numerous organizations and most recently was hailed as a “Power Player in Marketing and Advertising” by Ad Age in November 2017. She was included in WWD’s “10 Most In-Demand Execs in Digital Beauty, Fashion and E-Commerce” list in 2016; was featured in Ad Age's “40 Under 40” list; and made Business Insider’s “Most Innovative CMOs in the World” list in 2016 and 2017.


A native of New Orleans, and graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of New Orleans, he began his career working in audit at KPMG, eventually serving as a Senior Manager in Transaction Services practice in Chicago. In 2001, Todd was appointed to KPMG’s Paris office to handle cross-border and international Mergers & Acquisitions. For the next fourteen years, he lived and worked in France gaining valuable global perspectives in business. Transitioning into the world of direct investments, Todd joined Platinum Equity in 2003. In 2006, he co-founded a private equity firm, Naxos Capital Partners, specializing in small & mid-cap funds. In 2008, Todd joined Kering as Deputy Director of Mergers & Acquisitions and played a key role in Kering’s transition from a conglomerate focused primarily on European distribution activities to a cohesive, integrated, and international group focused on apparel and accessories. During this time, one of the many transactions he was involved with was the acquisition of Volcom. In 2012, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Kering’s Sport & Lifestyle Division where he also served as a director on Puma’s Administrative Board. Today, based in Southern California, he has served as the CEO of Volcom since December 2015.

A veteran of the action sports industry with more than 25 years of leadership across marketing, sales and product, Doug Palladini was appointed to lead Vans as its Global Brand President in July 2016. In his role, Palladini oversees the strategic direction of Vans’ $2.3 billion global business, while enabling the regional teams to develop and deliver local strategies to drive continued worldwide growth. A long-time leader within the Vans brand, Palladini has held various roles within the company.  From 2004 through 2014, he served as Vans' global marketing leader. Palladini played an integral role in Vans’ transformation into a global icon of creative expression in youth culture, becoming the largest action sports footwear and apparel brand on the planet, available in more than 84 countries. Palladini, a resident of Orange County, California, enjoys traveling the world with his wife Hallie, son Max and daughter Devon.


Spencer Baim is Chief Strategic Officer of VICE MEDIA and founder of VIRTUE, VICE’S Creative agency. 
He is helping steer VICE to become the most successful youth media company in the world. Spencer oversees brand strategy and research for all VICE properties and major brand partnerships including: A-B InBev, airbnb, lululemon, (RED), and Unilever. Prior to VICE, Spencer was a brand strategist for advertising agencies Fallon and Mad Dogs and Englishmen. Lori Feldman serves as EVP of Strategic Marketing at Warner Bros. Records, a role she has held since 2012. In this position she oversees the team that creates unique marketing platforms for the label’s artists through brand partnerships, sports marketing, music licensing for advertising, gaming and branded content, events, music video product integrations, and more. Artists across the roster, including Michael Bublé, Jason Derulo, Gary Clark Jr., Andra Day, and Bebe Rexha, have benefited from partnerships with Coca Cola, Citibank, The NFL, The NBA, Chrysler, Delta Airlines, Gap, and Pepsi among others. Feldman was named to Billboard Magazine’s 2016, 2017 and 2018 Top 100 Women in Music lists, as well as their 2016, 2017 and 2018 Branding Power Players list. She was recently President of the 2018 Cannes Lions Music for Entertainment jury, is on the advisory boards of Musicians On Call and is a founding member of PTTOW. Lori lives in New York City with her husband and three children.
