Mr. Rajamannar has overseen the successful evolution of Mastercard’s identity for the digital age, pioneering Mastercard’s move to become a symbol brand and launching its breakthrough sonic brand platform.
With more than 30 years of experience as a global executive, Mr. Rajamannar has been recognized for driving business transformation across a variety of geographies and multiple industries, including consumer products, financial services and healthcare. Mr. Rajamannar is among the Forbes 2018 Top 5 World’s Most Influential CMOs, Business Insider’s Top 25 World’s Most Innovative CMOs and one of AdWeek’s most tech-savvy CMOs.


Stephanie McMahonLive Events
Stephanie McMahon is Chief Brand Officer of WWE, a publicly-traded (NYSE: WWE) global media company. In this role, she is responsible for WWE’s Brand, Community Relations, and Pop Culture strategy, which includes celebrity integrations and partnerships within the entertainment industry. Stephanie represents the company as its global brand ambassador, and also plays a character who appears regularly on WWE programming. Among her many contributions, Stephanie has been the driving force behind WWE’s women’s evolution, which has given female performers an equal share of the spotlight both in and out of the ring. Prior to being named Chief Brand Officer, Stephanie was Executive Vice President, Creative and was responsible for overseeing the Digital and Creative Departments. She was also the first woman to lead WWE's Talent Relations, Talent Brand Management and Live Events businesses. She is a member of the 2017 Class of Henry Crown Fellows within the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute and is also a member of the 2015 Eisenhower Fellowship class. Adweek has included Stephanie in their list of the Most Powerful Women in Sports for the past three years. She was named a Stuart Scott ENSPIRE Award Honoree at the 2017 ESPN Humanitarian Awards and was selected as part of Sports Business Journal’s 2017 class of “Game Changers: Women in Sports Business.” In 2014, Stephanie and her husband, Paul “Triple H” Levesque, established Connor’s Cure, a fund dedicated to fighting pediatric cancer. In partnership with The V Foundation and Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, Connor’s Cure has raised nearly $3 million to date. She is a member of the Board of Directors for WWE, USO Metropolitan Washington and Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation. Stephanie received her B.S. from Boston University in Communications and has been named a Distinguished Alumni by the School of Communications. She is a mother of three daughters ages 12, 10 and 8.

Alicia Hatch has spent the past 20 years pushing the boundaries in marketing for Fortune 500 brands. As Deloitte Digital CMO, Alicia guides an increasingly diverse and connected web of data, technology and more than 10,000 employees while delivering quantifiable results for clients. A specialist in digital transformation, the future of creativity, the expanding role of the CMO, and effective leadership, Hatch has shared her insight at numerous industry conferences including: Cannes Lions, Collision, DMEXCO, Advertising Week, Forbes CMO Summit, ANA Masters of Marketing, FutureM and SXSW.


Doug Palladini Retail
A veteran of the action sports industry with more than 25 years of leadership across marketing, sales and product, Doug Palladini was appointed to lead Vans as its Global Brand President in July 2016. In his role, Palladini oversees the strategic direction of Vans’ $2.3 billion global business, while enabling the regional teams to develop and deliver local strategies to drive continued worldwide growth. A long-time leader within the Vans brand, Palladini has held various roles within the company. From 2004 through 2014, he served as Vans' global marketing leader. Palladini played an integral role in Vans’ transformation into a global icon of creative expression in youth culture, becoming the largest action sports footwear and apparel brand on the planet, available in more than 84 countries. Palladini, a resident of Orange County, California, enjoys traveling the world with his wife Hallie, son Max and daughter Devon.



Arne Arens Apparel
Mr. Arens is responsible for driving the growth of The North Face brand globally by setting the strategy for the brand and overseeing it across all aspects of the business. Prior to assuming the brand president role in 2017, Mr. Arens was Vice President/General Manager of The North Face Americas and the General Manager for The North Face in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). He has a successful track record of growing the brand in both regions.
Before joining VF in 2010, Mr. Arens was at Nike for 8 years serving in several marketing, sales and general management roles. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Amsterdam and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Arne has always been passionate about sports and has played pro volleyball in several leagues in Europe. He and his wife Katharina have 2 boys (8 and 9) and they love living in the Bay Area.


Kelly Campbell Online Media
Kelly Campbell serves as President of Hulu, where she manages Hulu’s suite of on demand and live streaming businesses within Disney Direct-to-Consumer & International. Campbell previously served as Chief Marketing Officer of Hulu where she led Hulu’s overall marketing across the SVOD and Live TV businesses. Campbell led a team of marketers who were responsible for creating and executing initiatives across brand, creative, subscriber growth, entertainment publicity, consumer research and viewer experience.
Campbell has earned several accolades for leading Hulu’s marketing efforts, including being honored as one of this year’s Adweek 50, Business Insider’s Most Innovative CMOs, AdAge’s Women to Watch and FierceCable’s The Fierce 50: Executives Reshaping the Business of PayTV. In 2019, she was awarded a spot on Forbes’ Most Influential Global CMOs list for embracing transparency in influencer marketing. Campbell holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor of science degree from Vanderbilt University.

Katie Soo Media
Katie Soo is an award-winning global media and tech marketer, recognized for her leadership in both category design and digital transformations. Soo’s work spans across branding and product strategy, and building and launching new businesses, as well as serving as an advisor to new and emerging startups. Soo currently oversees Growth Marketing for WarnerMedia Direct-to-Consumer, which spans across all areas of subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
Prior to this role, she served as Head of Marketing at Warner Bros. Digital Networks where she oversaw marketing efforts across the WBDN portfolio. Before her work at WB, Soo held senior positions at both Fullscreen Media and Hulu. She was also an early hire at Dollar Shave Club, where she built the marketing roadmap from the ground up. Soo was recently named to Goldhouse’s A-100 list of most influential Asians in America and sits on the board of both Asia Society Southern California and California State University Entertainment Alliance.


Nick TranSocial Media
In his role as TikTok's first head of global marketing, Mr. Tran is responsible for all aspects of TikTok's global marketing efforts, including brand strategy, media and advertising, social media, and brand partnerships, campaigns and activations across all regions. Before joining TikTok, Nick was VP, Head of Brand and Culture Marketing at Hulu. During his time at Hulu, he reinvented the brand and worked on memorable campaigns like "Better Ruins Everything," "Hulu Has Live Sports" (including the Tom Brady Super Bowl ad), and the "World Record Egg."
Prior to Hulu he helped build the brand at Samsung Electronics, Stance, and Taco Bell in various roles including brand and culture, influencer and experiential marketing, social media and digital marketing. In 2013, Tran was included in Social Media Week’s “Social 25” which recognizes the top influential individuals in social media and he delivered the keynote at VidCon as he was an early advocate for collaboration between brands and YouTubers.


Helen Vaid QSR
Helen Vaid is the Global Chief Customer Officer of Pizza Hut, Inc. Ms. Vaid oversees the transformation of the Pizza Hut in-restaurant and digital customer experience by overseeing development of capabilities that help customers have a seamless experience wherever they are and however they interact with the brand. Helen has her MBA in International Business and Marketing from Manchester Business School and her Bachelor’s with Honors in Change Management and Organizational Behavior.

Atif Rafiq is President of Commercial & Growth at MGM Resorts International. In this role, Atif leads companywide strategy and transformation to evolve guest experience and drive growth of the business. As the lead commercial officer, Atif manages all revenue streams and their drivers, including brand positioning, customer strategy, guest offerings, end-to-end experience and business models. He oversees several functions including Marketing, Brand, Revenue Management, Analytics, Digital, Engineering, IT and Data Science.
